The View Love Beach represents the first phase of our master plan. This plan will expand along the coast including the natural landscape in tis design. As with The View Love Beach, our aim is to merge the best location in The Bahamas with the best in available space and luxury. We intentionally keep our communities small to ensure that our residents never feel overcrowded and we are able to offer personalized service.

Once complete, the overall development will include landscape parking, golf cart transfer from parking lots to residences, elevators in all buildings, 70 ft. long swimming pool, beach walking trails and 24 hrs security and a whole lot more.

Acquisition of any of our condominiums allows for permanent residency in The Bahamas.
